It was close to many destinations, great staff, such kind Breakfast preparers, however the pool was virtually unuseable as it is not heated, this would be a nice feature, were from Wisconsin and have a high tolerance for cold, however in the spring time even a dark colored heat cover or heater would have been grand. Too cold for the grand babies, which may force us to go else where in the winter and early spring when visiting family. We stay for a week each time, every three months or so,,,,

Ac only got so cold and was attached by window area. There was no ac or air circulation in the restroom. Not even a fan.

NICE HOTEL

Pros: EVERYTHING ELSE, but the room smell
Cons: room smell, musty or moldy? I don't know, it just hit you when you walked in.
STAFF was MORE than PERFECT. THE BED WAS FANTASTICALLY COMFORTABLE! THE ONLY thing we were dissappointed with, room 211 smelled musty. FOOD was perfect.

Hampton inn in niceville

This hotel was amazing! I appreciate the small things! Like the common courtesy, the politeness, the microwave, and the fridge! Everyone on the staff was extremely nice! And the room even had complimentary makeup wipes! I loved it! Definitely would come again! Good job

Nice hotel with EXCELLENT STAFF

Pros: Again, each staff member went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was excellent.
Cons: At this time, nothing. They are currently having a face-lift on the building and everyone is making sure you are taken care of.
Location: Location is convenient to Destin via the tollroad. Walmart close; Fastfood places w/ WhataBurger only latenight opp.
Our stay at the Hampton Niceville was outstanding. The staff was amazing in all aspects. Going above and beyond before we even arrived to help with our stay to make sure things went well. We can not say enough about them.

Disapointing

Staff was very nice, but maintenance repairs during stay which is okay, but they were messy and playing music loud. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, had to ask for replacement towls & was given trash bags to remove our own trash and place in corridor. Had room temp issues, would not drop below 77 degrees until late night. The best part of our stay was the friendly lady whom provided breakfast. Other issues, but enough said, we do not recommend this Hotel.

We were actually going to Destin

The prices in Destin were expensive for our last minute travel decision so we stayed in Niceville instead. Great choice. Property just across the bay bridge. Staff could not have been friendlier. Room very comfortable
