Not enough umbrellas on the beach had to get up at 4 am to get an umbrella for the day. food not worse the money , rooms not cleaned until 3 pm.

Beautiful, clean and friendly. My only complaint is that there are no rules at the pool. Other guests left their belongings on the same chair all week. Not enough chairs.

Overall I had a great stay at the resort! The food was amazing, staff were friendly and very accommodating.. I had an upgrade to Royal Level. Perks to Royal level were private check-in/out Premium drinks on the 9th floor where it's mainly located. Along with computer access, snacks and private dining area. Also, they assigned certain areas for the Royal level guests . There is also a separate bar for the RL so the wait for your drinks were never long. The lovely Sandra at Royal Level worked HARD to accommodate me for my birthday! The room that I booked said Ocean view. When I got there it was a full view of the entire pool with a partial view of the ocean . This is totally misleading! ( So to the marketing team, please address this!!) Ms Sandra offered to change my room by showing me another room on the other tower. The room was labeled ocean front , but it wasn't ! In fact there were dozens of trees and plants blocking the entire view of the ocean that they claim it has. Ms Sandra tried her best, but it was beyond her control. It's just the way that the hotel was built /set up. But I was told that all of the rooms wasn't like that.. ( Again, please have the correct description of the rooms to represent exactly what it entails) That's the only reason I gave the resort four stars . Ms Sandra and her team sent me a special breakfast along with champagne to celebrate my birthday! I appreciate them very much for all of their HARD work! Ebenson the waiter was great! I'll be back!

It was very clean. Most of the staff were very friendly. A few not so much. There was no staff on the beach offering water or drinks at all. So when we were at the beach we had to keep walking all the way to the pool bar.
