Cheap, but you get what you pay for. Was severely understaffed. The staff that worked here was understanding and pleasant and obviously didn't have enough people to do what needed to be done for such a big property. First room had many dead roaches and was next to people who basically lived at the hotel and left their door open 24/7 with trash spilling out into the corridor. The next room they gave us was good enough as I inspected it thoroughly, but dont expect more than a bed and roof over your head. Its location is somewhat convenient.

Air conditioner controls were broken so i either froze or sweated. Shower head broken, tub faucet dripped, toilet ran sll night, aked for different room and they said hotel was full.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

There was glass broken up in the parking lot. No light going down the steps. The hotel door looked like it was kicked in snd the lock was broke on the inside. The toliet never stopped running. The mini fudge leaked all over the floor leaving huge Puddles when we asked for new sheets I took us seven hours to get them kept getting told to ask how someone else because everyone kept sending us back to the office and the the office kept telling us we had asked the housekeepers. we ran out of toilet paper and they refused to give us any more. We had asked to two different workers to finally get toilet . none of the ice machines are working.

I’ve done a lot of traveling over the years, and this is by far the worst motel I’ve ever seen. My husband and son were propositioned in the parking lot. The deadbolt wouldn’t lock, there were holes in the floors, walls were filthy, most of the lights didn’t work and the one that did didn’t have a lampshade. Bathroom door was broken, the pillow was a massive lump of I don’t know what. Someone was obviously living in one of the rooms and had a bbq and chairs out front. Their door was propped open and you could see all their junk everywhere and they were sound asleep. I’ve never left a negative review anywhere. I couldn’t let this one go. We even took video of the room, it was so bad. The only reason we didn’t leave was because it was midnight and we were tired and unfamiliar with the area.

The sheets and blankets were stained and had holes. There was p. hair in the bathtub. The tv was on when we walked in the room and the bathtub was wet like it was just used. The floor was dirty! We didn't use the tub, always had on footwear and slept on top the sheets.
