I provided my Travelocity confirmation itineary number and the hotel, Days Inn told me I only had 1 room reserved and not 2 rooms. I had to contact Travelocity to verify and call the hotel that I had indeed reserved 2 rooms delaying my check in by over an hour. Many thanks to the Travelocity Agent who contacted the Days Inn Wyndham to straighten out and procure my second reserved room!

I apologize your stay was not up to our standards. We did have an elevator maintenance tech on site working on the elevator and it is now in good working order. During your next stay please address any Ac issues with the front desk and our maintenance team will happily take care of that for you. We hope you will come back in the future.

There were guest around us that were outside their door, meaning right next to our door, talking loud, drinking and smoking weed until 3 am. They put the music loud and I had to call the office to complain. When I told the manager she said and I quote “some guest just don’t know how to act”. That was it. So our family couldn’t sleep, or enjoy sitting outside because the 2-3 rooms adjacent to us had guest that were inappropriate. There was also a guest that had a Rottweiler in there room and would let it room around the floor with no lease on. This is definitely not a place for family. If your looking for a family please, look elsewhere otherwise you will end up having a horrible experience.

We apologize your experience was not up to our standards. Although we do not allow pets we do allow service animals. If this was in fact a pet and not a working animal we would have hoped this would have been reported to the front desk. We do our best to handle any complaints on site at the time of your stay in hopes to rectify the situation. Again, we offer our deepest apologies that you did not enjoy your stay.
