Location great. Cleanliness was deplorable!! Dirty sheets on both king size bed and sofa bed. The shower grout was black/brown (moldy). Sink was separating from countertop. Hyatt Place was one of the most expensive places in the area with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and I don’t see why. Paper thin walls, heard a baby crying from another room during the night. Room 416 👎! Brea from the front desk stated that she’d put an alert on my account, but failed to do so. Upon checkout, the morning staff was clueless to what had taken place because no alert was placed on my account! Brea, kept saying over and over again that their main clientele for this location are executives from the Dollar Tree Corporation and that their standards are high. I’m not so sure about that unless they rooms dedicated to Dollar Store corporate executives that they’ve forgot about the rest of the building.

Heavenly Hyatt

Pros: The hotel has good places to eat within walking distance.
Cons: No
Location: The location is close to Virginia Beach and there is a lot of shops close by.
We checked in with a friendly and welcoming clerk. We arrived close to midnight and he was happy to give us places around the area that deliver. The breakfasts and coffee tasted great. Everything was prepared perfect. The breakfast hit the spot. The housekeeping staff did a great job. Everyone on staff was excellent.
