I don’t know if people know the difference between a HOTEL and a MOTEL- this is a MOTEL We left our dogs while we went to the beach and then took them to PetsMart to get bathed because the place was FILTHY - we didn’t even want to stay.

The hotel looks a lot nicer on the website and newer it’s actually a rundown motel and older on the outside and the surrounding area was a bit Sketchy the hotel staff was friendly the inside of the room itself was nice but still not like it’s Pictured but for the price and since I was only staying one night it worked out

We were only there for 2 nights but the room was very clean the pool was clean and the staff very friendly. I just wish they would have told about the elevator when we checked in. We were on the 3rd floor and carri d up everything

Dated and uncontrolled water temperature

Pros: Proximity to where we wanted to go.
Cons: Everything from personnel to property.
Location: Beach was only 10 minutes away.
Checking in the manager (male) was nice and greeted us immediately. Checked into the room and the minute we walked in we knew this looked more like a motel 6 room. The microwave is probably the first model ever. It had the dial knobs and it was dirty. The room was clean and smelled clean. The shower has a very low pressure. Water temperature is uncontrollable and the hot is scolding hot. I have long hair and could not wash it not with the low pressure and this water temp. Bed were ok to sleep on. Cleaning staff make the beds and change towels that's it. Did not clean the bathroom. Not even wiped it down. Checking out the manager (female) was very impersonal. Told her we're checking out and gave her the keys. She checked the computer and said you're done. Over priced for what we got.

Ambassador Inn - Decent place

Hotel staff was exceptional. We didn't have any major problems, but they were happy to ablige small things. Everything was clean and straight forward, and pretty good for a 2Star.

Pros: The staff were inviting, polite, asked the proper questions, and all with a smile.
Cons: I can't think of anything
Location: Close proximity to the beach
Everything was the definition of "good customer service".
