When I checked in the guy at the desk was nice enough to tell me if you call them and skip Travelocity we would have save over $30 a room and I rented a few rooms so it would have saves almost $100 .The towels were dirty. The room was dirty . The bed had sand in it. I'm not even sure the bedding was changed. It was a party outside all night with 2 fights the broke out . We ended up getting up at 3 am and leaving . Not like we could sleep. Not sure how this place as even has an ok rating .

Police there on checkout due to customer threatening owner and breaking lobby glass. Good location but rooms were not the best. Fights broke out 2 nights with one resulting in broken window and police & ambulance on site making several arrests. Black mold in room. Floors wet and dirty all the time. Very limited outlets and coffee pot wouldn’t even reach outlets.
No washcloths until asked. Lots of mildew in bathroom. Refrigerator was missing inside parts which limited space.
Good water pressure and nice beds. Pillows suck and they put sheet on top of blanket which was weird.

We didn't like anything about Ocean 2700. We registered and got our key, it wouldn't work, so they came and left us in our room and said they would bring us another key. They did and it didn't work either. You coukd see around the door and fill air coming in. There was no soap in the bathroom and the top hinge on the bathroom door only had one screw so the door didn't shut properly. There was no bath matt to step out of the shower on. There were ants in the bathroom and a dead cockroach by the bed. The top sheet was stained, we slept on top of the sheets. There were people running up and down the steps right outside our room being very loud until around 3:00 am. We had to stay there as we couldn't find another room. The picture on the internet site is misleading from the real place. When I went to turn the key in I talked with the clerk who was very nice, she informed me that room wasn't even to be rented out as it is under construction. We had nade out reservation 2 months ago. We have stayed at other resorts and never had anything like this. We paid for our room when making the reservations and then they charged another $5.00 resort fee. This place is a dump, don't stay there.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures online. The chairs had stains and rips. Found a roach crawling across the floor.

When we arrived we were Leary about staying there. Outside is not like pictured in website. As soon as I entered the office there was no way I was going to stay there. The office was unkept, dirty, and had people loitering. Office staff said I had to call and cancel through Travelocity. Travelocity contacted hotel( motel, it’s not even a hotel.) Hotel refused to refund my money saying I cancelled without even seeing the room. I didn’t have to go any further than the office. I then contacted hotel myself who spoke with a very rude, nasty girl who screamed at me and then hung up the phone.

Location was good. Room size was fine. I actually picked this property because it was half the price that the rest of my daughter's team was staying at for a tournament. It was only a short block walk to the other hotel. I expected the room to be dirty... after all it is a low cost hotel at the beach but i was a little surprised by how dirty. The floor was quite dirty and the liner in the shower had mold on it. Bed sheets had stains. We stayed for two nights and the cleaning people never did come. However, as it turns out, our room was the same as the rooms at the hotel on the beach that cost twice as much! So that made me feel much better. The only other thing i never even thought to consider was that there was no elevator. Normally I'd never care but turns out i was in a walking boot after able surgery and we ended up on the 3rd floor! At check in the guy st the front desk said he would have changed my floor it if he could but there were no 1st or 2nd floor available. So it took me a while to get up there! The parking was fine and it was next to a 7-Eleven so if I needed anything I could have easily just walked over and got it. Overall, if you are looking to go to the beach for a nice and relax and get away and you'll be spending lots of time in your room,, I'm not sure this hotel would be for you. The hotel was very dirty. The pool was not clean, the fan did not work on room ac unit, the phone was out of service and the bathroom floor would get cover in water when showering. I could see daylight through the door and electronic lock installation. Homeless people sleeping everywhere on the property.
