I was staying at the hotel for a weekend of relaxation, but unfortunately there were children running up and down the stairways all day and night. The elevator was broken so had to take the stairs to my room on the 3rd floor, and the bed was so uncomfortable. So I cut my stay short

Elevators broken
Air conditioning and fan didn't work, and most importantly both elevators were broken. I’m old and recently had knee surgery, this was not easy as we were there 3 days. Still broken when we left.

Check in was nice and great customer service. The room was ok but I did encounter a couple of issues. 1. Carpet soaked/wet in front of tv. Shared this info with from desk. 1. Checked in at 4 but room was cold. Didn’t warm up until 4+hrs later 3. Wi-Fi disconnected around 11pm 4. Sofa was dirty and cleaning rags was left I. The room
