The room(size and location)it self was ok. First we wanted new sheets. Never came but after several calls my hubby had to go 6 floors and still didn't get them was told they would bring them. When they DID come to bring them they put them on the OUTSIDE OF THE FLOOR. TOWWLS SAME THING.

I had arrived to VA beach at around 10 in the morning went to go get my parking pass everything was fine and the check in time was 4 and they said they’d call me once the room was ready so I went to the beach and went to have fun never got a call. It was now 5 pm and I went to check what was going on and they said my room still wasn’t ready! So if you stay here keep in mind you’ll be waiting a long time before you get your room

It took over an hour to check in. The person who checked us in was not helpful at all, when we asked about parking she was clueless. She said swipe your card without telling us what we were swiping for I had to ask before she printed up receipt which she had trouble doing. The place was filthy. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The hallways were dirty. They never cleaned period. The only thing that was worthwhile was the restaurant, though it was pricey the staff was friendly and nice.

This hotel was horrible. They need to shut down for a year or so and completely change everything! The bathrooms are disgusting. Is it really that hard to replace toilet seats? It was stained and cracked. The floors and walls were in terrible condition. The cleaning staff seemed like they did nothing. During my entire stay, I did not once hear a vacuum cleaner. When the cleaning staff left my room all they did was make the beds and replace the towels. Even when we first arrived the bathroom mirror and handles were not wiped clean. I did walk in one time when the bed was being made. The pillows were thrown on the floor, then placed back on the bed after it was made. The smell of the entire hotel was terrible. Saw cockroaches everywhere. I even woke up to one on my face. There were also ants all through the room. The pools and hot tub, no thanks, way too dirty! I actually saw a family eating Wendy’s while swimming, and the staff did nothing. We ate at the hotel restaurant once. Horrible food and service. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it leads right to the beach, other than that I have nothing good to stay. It is definitely worth it to spend a little more money on a nicer hotel. Will never stay here again.
