Unclear pet policies. Online was advertised as pet friendly for $10/night. Charged us $20/night. Signs at front door and front desk saying NO pets. A very nice person checked us in and gave our group next-door rooms on the 2nd floor - the dog we had with us was clearly visible to him. Also there was a guest lounging with her cat in the public area. Once we were in our room, someone else (possibly the owner?) phoned our room and asked us to come down and pay an additional pet fee, stating that we weren't supposed to be on the 2nd floor, pets were only allowed on the first. Keep in mind that we didn't REQUEST the 2nd floor, that's just what we got, and WE didn't know their policies! Finally, I have to say that we and our well-trained dog were glad to be on the 2nd floor because the 1st did indeed smell like your local veterinarian's office.

There was a dripping noise coming fro the floor above. No water but annoying noise. Not very quite could hear everything above and outside in hallway

Great breakfast and friendly staff Pool hours were not very good, so we never got to swim - that was disappointing. Never actually received a receipt from the hotel which was disappointing

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to see that you are comfortable and your needs/wishes are met. Great free breakfast.

Difficult to find due to construction

Nice breakfast great beds. Desk staff refused to give me the Choice Rewards. Pool supposedly closed for repairs evening of check in considering that's why I booked location it was upsetting. Conveniently opened in morning as we checked out.
