"Loved this hotel in Canal Park! Rooms are very spacious. Morning buffet was good! Beautiful commons area where you can see Lake Superior. Definitely would stay here again when I am visiting Duluth!"

"Still need to fix all the pot holes in and around the building. Some areas have been redone but would have been much better if all of it was done at the same time, otherwise no complaints. Staff is always very friendly and the rooms have been remodelled quite nicely. Always have a great stay."
