The staff was friendly. The grounds needs a lot of up keep. Hallways where dirty, a good vacuuming would do wonders. The room was clean, no visually noted creapy crawlers. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only one kind of bagel, some white bread, only grape jelly, and two kinds of sweet breakfast cereal. At least they did have coffee. Basically you got you paid for. Price was good for a place just to sleep.

Staff was great,our room wasn't ready till 7pm,the reason given ,flood victims were in the motel and they only had 2 cleaners, so i can understand, didnt like,but understand

Property was clean on inside, but not so great in the exterior. Due to Covid restrictions, no breakfast or juice as listed on website. They provided extra coffee and powdered creamer (yuck!), and sugar. We had to leave the property to get juice and decent coffee. The staff here was AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY, and easy to communicate with. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THAT!!!

While our room did not smell the Hallways reeked of cigarette odor. Common area carpets were filthy. On the morning of the day we checked out (which was a day early) there was a live mouse in our room. I have video of it to prove.

Worst ever !

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everthing
Location: Shopping center , Resturants , Down town was close .
Checked in went to pool there were people smoking in pool water had film on top of it . Bathroom door would not close cause floor tile was heaving . Breakfast was awful they had eggs in hot pan with no heat under , cereal no milk . Had coffee but hit the juice buttons and it was water . Left for the day to see Family came back someone had come in room took all change off night stand .Checked out ask for copy of bill said did'nt have one .
