Spotlessly clean and very welcoming.
A really lovely place to stay for a few days while exploring the area. A really good bar and restaurant which is also used by the locals is always a good sign. A good selection of beers were on sale and the restaurant menu really good with one exception. We have vegans in our family and the selection for them was very limited. We had one of the first floor rooms with balcony, as you may guess from the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and in really good decorative order. We felt very comfortable there and will be very pleased to stay again at some point. Hoveton & Wroxham is a great centre to base yourself with several other restaurants and cafés plus Roy's of Wroxham of course and the Bure Valley Railway and National rail links plus regular busses into Norwich during the day.
