No soap, heater does not work, 1:30 am water coming from ceiling so we move to the other bed and after reported vacuum machines working upstairs to clean the mess. No way to go back again

Visiting

Was told and also asked for a room to be able to smoke when I got there was told no then one of the staff told me I can the next day there mad about it well make up your maid yes or no and was also made reservation for king-size bed for two days was also told it will be ready once I got there well got there and they didn't have one ok got a room with double bed no big deal and the next day was able to get a room with a king size bed and there ribeye or T-bone steak sucks
