This is an older property. They are working on updates since Wyndham purchased in 2022. I just really enjoy the options here. 3 pools at 3 temperatures plus a public hot tub. 7 restaurants and several bars. As many others have said, yes the property is in need of updates. But, the public spaces are nice and since I go to my room to sleep and spend the rest of the day out enjoying the activities. Why not! The staff are so nice and helpful! We had a great stay!

This is not a hotel I guess it was condominiums at some point because they lack of a lobby, the rooms are not clean and old, shower was broken the water water all over the room when we showered , the jacuzzi was dirty with hairs all over . The restaurants run out of food or will be closed and understaffed , cold food , there were supposed to be 5 restaurants but they were closed or run out of food , we end up eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet restaurant our whole stay. The staff at the restaurant tries very hard to accommodate people but the check in staff are very rude and not helpful at all. The day we arrived we asked for a map of the place but the told us to take a photo of the display on the wall and that was it . On check out time they try to charge us again . At night time the so called lobby had a bar and young people will start drinking from 9 pm all the way to 2 or 3 in the morning yelling and laughing and all the noise going up to the room making it very hard to sleep . Bartender’s were terrible . Overall not a good place to stay , for us it was a disappointing and will never go back to that place .
