Wonderful pool after a long drive. Also, the warm cookies at check-in were an unexpected kindness that made my day. Rooms are a bit older but well kept. All we needed was a clean room, with no bugs, and everything working in the room and we were not disappointed. Would stay again and recommend to others.

I was very pleased with service, quality of hotel and cleanliness. food from restaurant was great! I was frustrated with the vending machines as two were "out of order" and one was only taking singles, I did not have any. it was a snow storm outdoors, so it was difficult to access bottled water.

Our amenities are located on the second floor. We have a fitness center open 24/7 and a heated indoor pool open from 8:30am- 9:30pm. We also have breakfast bags served from 6:30am-9:30am for 4.95 plus tax at the front desk. At DoubleTree by Hilton, we promise to do whatever it takes to ensure you are satisfied and hope you will consider staying with us in the future.

The room was lovely and clean but the pool (the reason we stayed there in the first place) needs to be cleaned! I think there are about a thousand people a week swimming in it and I think it needs a draining and cleaning. But we swam in it anyway and had a good time!
