The hospitality within this hotel is absolutely amazing!!! If you get the chance to meet Amber you will be even more in luck!
I checked into the hotel about 4 hours early and Amber had no problem getting me up to my room early. Once I arrived in my room I was disappointed that I had to paid for an ocean front room, ( which I did get initially ) but the room was on the 5th floor and practically right above the tiki bar and pool area, which I figured would get noisy, and also the palm trees obstructed my view of the ocean.
I called down to Amber and she had no issue reassigning my room and placed me on the ninth floor, this room was perfect.
The rooms are nice, spacious and newly renovated, only issue I had was that the air conditioner did not seem to have any settings for the fan speed, or may have just been broken, the vent did produce cold air but it the fan speed was very low.
Checkout was a breeze and valet holds your bags after checkout if you’d like to do any more exploring before you head to the airport, which was very beneficial.
Lastly, the resort fee actually goes towards several areas which is unusual of most hotels. The resort fee gets you unlimited refills on water, beach chairs, beach towels and more which really helps save you a lot of money.
10/10 recommend.
