For the price I really expected a lot more. The room was clearly very old. The mattresses were VERY saggy and indented on one side, it was hard not to fall into the indents while trying to sleep. The bathroom was fine, the shower head is small and the shampoo/conditioner bottles on the wall got in the way. The bathroom door also had a weird stain on it. Our door into the room was also very beat up. It was cracked on the frame and had an indent from the lock. The elevators also broke while on our stay. We all had to take the ONE working service elevator, which took forever to get to whatever floor you needed. Feels more like a motel. The price is just for the location, which is great for shopping as there are multiple businesses attached to the same building. Be aware that there are a few homeless people who hang around the stores there.

The hotel was a "you get what you pay for" situation. It was not bad but there were some painful elements to the hotel like the Elevators. Unless it was very late at night or early in the morning you would be waiting for the elevator for what felt like 10 min. I wish the sliding door to the balcony would open more. I'm not sure if it is some type of local code or something but it would catch me off guard every time i went out on the balcony. Lastly, when I checked in I got up to the room and did my regular bed bug search which came up clean so that was a good thing. But, I did have a pillow with blood stains on it so that's gross. The staff apologized and got me some new pillows. On the positive side the hotel is in a great spot beach is less than 5 min walk great spot for kids to go to beach as it had a containment wall. Lots of amenities around the hotel.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Right across the street from the ocean, nice pool and bar/restaurant on site. Our favorite part was the breakfasts every morning- so so yummy. I would come back just for the breakfast.

Amazing!!!!!
The hospitality within this hotel is absolutely amazing!!! If you get the chance to meet Amber you will be even more in luck! I checked into the hotel about 4 hours early and Amber had no problem getting me up to my room early. Once I arrived in my room I was disappointed that I had to paid for an ocean front room, ( which I did get initially ) but the room was on the 5th floor and practically right above the tiki bar and pool area, which I figured would get noisy, and also the palm trees obstructed my view of the ocean. I called down to Amber and she had no issue reassigning my room and placed me on the ninth floor, this room was perfect. The rooms are nice, spacious and newly renovated, only issue I had was that the air conditioner did not seem to have any settings for the fan speed, or may have just been broken, the vent did produce cold air but it the fan speed was very low. Checkout was a breeze and valet holds your bags after checkout if you’d like to do any more exploring before you head to the airport, which was very beneficial. Lastly, the resort fee actually goes towards several areas which is unusual of most hotels. The resort fee gets you unlimited refills on water, beach chairs, beach towels and more which really helps save you a lot of money. 10/10 recommend.
