The bed good for sleeping. Dirty floors,refrigerator didn't work...Ice machine didn t work. There was a fight that broke out in the middle of the night that went on for over 30 mins!!! Im very disapointed and feel robbed!!!

hotel undergoing remodeling, not the best area

Pros: Employees were very accommodating, room did seem clean and in OK shape.
Cons: Clean the outside give the hotel a better overall appearance.
Location: Did not like the location was in a housing area.
The staff was nice but the hotel was old and being remodeled, not in a good area, people checking in were concerned about the safety of the area as well. The outside of the hotel was very dirty while the room felt clean and was in good shape the overall appearance of the hotel was very dirty and made our stay less than desirable. They made you sign that if you smoked in the room or made any loud noise or party like activity a penalty would apply. That this was necessary added to our concern.

Till the End

Pros: Easy access to the freeway Hwy 880
Cons: Much much better customer service and cleanliness around the parking lot.
Location: Again location is perfect it's really centrally located to go anywhere in the Bay Area
Really until just before checking out the shouting match between the customer and the Inn Keeper was horryfying the language coming out from both parties was disgusting really we deserve more than what is never expected to be l can say that no I would not go back there again even tough the location is centrally located within

Overall Good stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
room was very nice with a few minor repairs needed but overall a good deal! Staff extremely nice and gave us a deal. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. satellite tv doesn't have a lot of channels and satellite internet also, not great for gaming. Overall pretty nice and i was surprised how quiet the hotel was.

Okay stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
Stayed here for three nights on a trip to San Francisco. It was pretty crowded during my stay with other people but it wasn't a problem. The room was clean but a little old looking. The bed was comfortable and the wireless Internet worked well. There were plenty of restaurants near by. The only problem was at night in that it was kind of noisy. Loud motorcycles and cars revving their engines and the sounds of ambulance sirens could be heard throughout the night. It was a little annoying but it didn't keep me up at night. The breakfast was good but just the typical pastries, cereal, juice, etc. They did have a waffle machine where you can make your own waffles.

terrible stay terrible hotel terrible comfort

Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet, Noisy, Poor breakfast
im a traveler and did not like this hotel due to the above title reason . it was the worst comfort hotel i been through also they should called it more NO DAYS INN not the best hotel..

Just fine

Nothing fancy, but also nothing wrong with this motel. Nice people and nice room. Breakfast pretty much pre-packaged but only a few blocks to Starbuck's and Jamba Juice. A couple of blocks from the freeway and then about 10 minutes to the Oakland Airport. I'd be glad to stay there again when I visit Oakland.
