I don’t know where to start. You are welcomed by a homeless encampment outside the parking lot. The check in guys, Eric and the other one are friendly. The elevator feels like the tower of terror in Disneyland, but without the expectation that you will live and go see Mickey Mouse. The carpets in the halls and everywhere you walk are dirty, ripped, and disgustingly stained. You are greeted by your room door whose chipped paint matches the rest of the property and once opened, you get the secondary treat of a room that smells like death. The lamp was broken and the lamp shade looked like somebody died and was grabbing on to it for dear life. The bathroom toilet and shower was appropriately tainted with rust and the leaky sink was a perfect match. Honestly I could go on and on, but does anything else need to be said? This was the most sad excuse for a hotel I have ever experienced. My only regret is that I didn’t take pictures because my family and I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. We didn’t not stay and left immediately.

It was a mess! Charged me a deposit then said it would be 1 to 4 days to refund. Tv did not work properly. The only plus was the shuttle driver.

Property requires plenty of upgrades not just maintenance. Relied on the 3.7 rating but definitely less than a 3 star review. Reservation was for a 2-bed room and was given a one-bed with a sofa. The sofa was stained. The window was cracked from top to bottom. It didn’t feel too safe to be in even though there was a security. Neighbor were too rowdy all night. Down the hall the same could be heard with screaming and slamming doors.
