There was no shampoos lotion,conditioner,The jacuzzi was nonoperable and that was part of my decision to stay there for me and my girl who traveled 2 see me

Excellent location, next to the water. The room had a bit of a weird smell. I forgot most of my toiletries and this place didn’t provide shampoo or lotion. The soap was a bar soap which was quite honestly, terrible.

Good location but the property could use some clean and upkeep. The rooms were the same. The rooms have nice amenities but need maintenance. The towel racks were rusting with the crome peeling off.

I made reservations online in advance. I visited from Ventura County. Got there at 2:10am and was told he deleted my reservation at midnight. Checkin ends at 3:00am. Fortunately he reinstated my reservation. The toilet was clogged. They did send someone to snake it but when the guy left the room, he dropped the toilet water all over the floor and didn’t send someone to clean it. He also left the top to the toilet tank sitting on the bathtub edge. Room keys stopped working so had to walk back to the office and get them re activated. Got back to the room and noticed they shorted us on towels. Called front desk and was told I had to go back to the office because there was nobody who could take them. It was pouring rain. No WiFi password was given even though it says free WiFi. Most likely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Nice view, but spartan rooms

Pros: The view of the Oakland waterway.
Cons: Put shampoo in the rooms. I prefer carpet but their choice not to. I didn't care for the smell in the room but wife didn't comment on it.
Location: On the Oakland waterway. Embarcadero. We had a hospital stay.
No carpets. No shampoo (had to buy in vending machine). Very little included. Sheets were cheap, but beds comfortable. View on the Oakland waterway was excellent. Staff were helpful and gave more towels when asked. I expected more from a GOOD review i had read. Would not recommend. But worked for the night's sleep we wanted, close to hospital.

Staff is wonderful. The carpet is pretty dirty but the bedding is adequate. In a sketchy area.

Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet
This hotel sits right next to a much higher priced, higher quality hotel. The staff was absolutely top notch. The room is very basic and the carpet is quite dirty, but the bedding is OK. There is a lovely view of the marina right outside the door. I took the BART here and had to walk through a very scary neighborhood to reach the hotel - was accosted once. Probably safe to walk around during the day but not at night. Would be a great place for someone with a car. You have to pay for Internet and there is no free breakfast, the rooms have minimal amenities. Could use a good cleaning - needs bedspreads. mattress pads, and carpets washed more frequently.
