This was previously a nice place to stay. Now though, no desk in the room, no closed captions on the TV, No ice in the icemaker, no breakfast. Also no Guaranteed parking- they'll give you a pass, but another guest can steal your spot and force you to park on the street. And then on top of all of that they charge me for the room even though I had paid in advance through Travelocity

The property is not very well maintained. The staff is inexperienced and made misleading statements. Travelocity Customer Service has promised to contact the hotel and get back to me about the incident that occurred. I am still waiting for Travelocity to get back to me on this.

This is a charming hotel. I've stayed here many times before. However our room had no fridge, no microwave & more importantly no desk. Not ideal when you are working & not on vacation. Breakfast was cooked by someone who obviously hates to cook, & hates eggs. Scrambled eggs were overdone, dry & brown. Sausage was waxy, and bacon way way overdone & they were so stingy with it it was always out. And parking is always a huge hassle.

The staff at the reception was very helpful. However, the place is shabby and does not feel clean. Breakfast is cheap, the tables, plates and utensils were dirty, there was not enough food and the little food offered was of low quality and some of it smelled bad
