The hotel is well situated, easy walking to everything. However, the breakfast service was less than efficient, since we had to continually ask for more coffee and the eggs were always cold. They wanted the charge 550 pesos for their shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, when a tax cost only 150 pesos. When we left, which was at 6 am, there were no lights at all in the hallway, so we had to use our own cell phone to find the front door. Normally, there are motion lights but obviously they are turned off at night, which is ridiculous. Fortunately, we had a way to see, but if we had not I'm not sure we would have made it to exit the hotel without falling. They are a little "pushy" about purchasing tours at a higher cost than what one can get via any tour company around the area. The receptionists need to be better trained with reference to where the best (or better) restaurants are located.
