Very nice place to stay at. Clean house, direct communication with the renters, quiet neighborhood. A pool would have been a plus but not a deterrent. Located near a number of golf courses and easy access to other activities such as hiking, The Villages, nice restaurants and not too far from the ocean. Felt right at home.

Excellent Value
Don't let the rather modest rental fee fool you. This cozy little place is excellent value for money. It was very clean and comfortable with adequate areas for relaxation. Things to note: The appliances are old, but work well. The kitchen could use some restocking with dishes and pots/pans etc. There were some issues I brought up with the owners, which I hope would be quickly addressed like the non-working garbage disposal. BTW the owners are easily contactable and respond very quickly to any enquiry. Also note there's only one TV, so everyone will have to watch the same programming. Despite these issues, my family enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay there again.

Just what we needed
This house was the perfect place for our ladies getaway. It was close to the conference we were attending yet set in a quiet residential area. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen provided all of the essentials. We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing a wonderful home away from home!
