The rooms were clean and very updated. The staff were rude and not nice at all. I'm sure the room I originally booked was changed after booking and they would not acknowledge or help with the problem.

As we in our conversation when you brought this up to us we explained that the room that you have booked was a "Room, 2 Queen Beds, Side Ocean View " - which is the name for the room on all websites and our system.We also showed you the reservation that you made and that the price that you have payed was matching with the room type you booked(Side View).We were also sold out for the Ocean Front rooms for the past 4 months.We consider the matter closed as we did present our our rooms and room descriptions in a truthful manner , be that on the phone and online.
