Summer was awesome so kind. The room was beautiful inside nice and clean. Loved that we were only one block from board walk. Our cleaning lady Ashley does a great job. She is very friendly. Told us if we need anything let her know. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you summer and Ashley for everything you ladies do.

You dont always get what you pay for

I just wanted to start off this review by saying I am not one of those people who critisize everything and am definately not the customer you cant please, I kinda knew in advance what I was getting myself into by paying for by booking the cheapest hotel in OC. If your booking this hotel through travel website and it says you get a King suite with a double bed and kitchen, its not right because the double bed is a pull out couch that is absolutely filthy!!!The couch must have been 20 years old and was very well used!! Also the fridge was smaller than a mini fridge and had a microwave on top with a clearly broken coffee pot on top. Im not a huge germ freak but I also refused to take off my shoes because the carpets were realll nasty so def take this into mind if your bringing young kids. Management was really nice and suprisingly understanding of my issues with the pull out couch that I refused to even touch, so they were very polite and let us switch rooms and the new room was definately better/cheaper and had a nice full kitchen set up with sink, stove, huge fridge, silverware, table...Not to be a Debbie Downer but the carpet was disgusting, and pillows had no plastic cover so they were completely yellow and had mold spots alll over them; we used our beach towels as pillows! The pool area looked real nice however there was a large number of sketchy people in it the whole time. The beach was within walking distance and was a great location in relation to the boardwalk. So basically its a good place if u dont have alot of $ and r spending no time at the hotel.
