A great Deal, 30 steps to the boardwalk!

Pros: The convenience, it was clean, staff was Friendly and easy access to the boardwalk. About 6 blocks from the rides and a nice view.
This hotel was reasonably priced and for the price, a great deal! Not fancy or modern but clean and very convenient. The staff was wonderful, the sheets and towels nicely kept and sanitary. Quiet hotel, no wild parties and that’s just the way we like it! I’d definitely stay there again and again! 30 steps to the boardwalk so it was easy to go back to the hotel for my Grandson’s nap time. We had an ocean view which was a nice surprise!

Old. No amnesties. Hotel listing very misleading.

Did not feel safe during stay. Room door would not close properly, dead bolt and security latch were non operative. Other guests were unruly with no security to control the environment. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Was right on boardwalk nicest thing about hotel

Will not return unit was fairly clean and location good but old and needed updating. Front office closed a lot.

Worst hotel In OC

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and so deceiving from the pictures. We get there at 9 pm and there is no one in the office to check us in, there is only a little sign with a number on it, which was hard to even notice. We had to fish our keys out of a dirty box.The room was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The dishwasher detergent in the room had dirt all over it. The beds smelled horrible and pulled out from the wall-I didn't know hotels still had those kinds of beds. There wasn't even a comforter, just a few sheets. DO NOT be fooled by the pictures and think it is a nice place to stay just because it is on the boardwalk. I should've done my reasearch about this place because it put a damper on my vacation.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
