(There have been some furniture changes to be aware of: the futon in the living room is now a queen size sleeper sofa, and the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom has been switched out with a pyramid bunk that has a double on the bottom and a twin on top. This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention Center (2 blocks) and Secrets (7 blocks). You also love only having to walk two streets to the 45th shopping center where you will enjoy some great restaurants and beautiful bay views. The Makai is strategically located to many other great restaurants/bars, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
