Beautiful hotel, extremely clean. Room gorgeous, airy, and also extremely clean, and well designed. All staff are very pleasant and professional. The buffet breakfast was great, with lots of hot and cold options. We will be back!

*BUYER BEWARE*Not sure where to begin! This hotel was disgusting! It looks nothing like what you see online. We had paid over $400 a night, more than the Westin on Maui, yet it was a $50 a night room at best. The wall paper was peeling. Weird substances on the floor and walls. It hasn’t been updated in quite some time yet there was sheet rock dust everywhere from lack of cleaning. The floors were stained due to lack of cleaning. Grime in the showers and bathroom. Balcony sliding doors do not lock, they are close enough to get from balcony to balcony, so people probably get robbed often. Rusted metal door frames. Luggage carts were gross. This is a pet friendly hotel, but no place to walk your dog, except the sidewalk or landscaping. The sidewalks were covered in dog poo and other spills left for guests to step in. During our first night the AC quite working. Rather than get us in a new room they told us we would have to wait for maintenance to “fix” it. Water started pouring into our shower through the light fixture above. Very dangerous and my breaking point. Then we had to wait 3 hours for a room to be cleaned. When we got upset because we were waiting on our vacation, they took it personal and acted like they were going to fight us. My 8 year old cancer survivor couldn’t understand why they were treating us like that. It was hard to watch her cry. Untrustworthy people working for this hotel and definitely not worthy of the Fairfield Inn/Marriott name. Don’t get scammed!

The hotel room was noisy from guests nest door. The room bathtub didn’t drain at all- even overnight. The balcony door didn’t lock. The latch was installed incorrectly. I paid for a bay view, but new ongoing construction disrupted the view. There was also construction directly across from balcony that was loud and invasive. The hotel staff was very inattentive. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

We were told breakfast was over at ten but when we went at nine it was closing up. Our air conditioner broke and when we checked out you could not use the elevator so we had to carry everything down the stairs.

This hotel was amazing. This was my first time staying at the Fairfield and I will stay here the next time I'm in Ocean City. The breakfast buffet, which was free, was great. The rooms were very clean and this hotel had hardwood floors that were beautiful - no carpet which was delightful. Modernized room, great view and a block from the ocean for walking, but not the noise and bustle of the boardwalk. Lots of free parking. An overall great experience.

Our favorite hotel in OC! We have stayed at many throughout the past 2 decades but this Fairfield is by far the best for the price! Clean, friendly and Professional!! The breakfast is awesome and the entire hotel is modern and attractive. We will continue to stay here when in OC!
