This property is very ran down. I do not know when it was built, but it appears to be old and nasty. The rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms are very small, to include the the toilets and showers. I seem it was built for small children. The place is in a great location, close to the water and a lot of attractions. This would place should only be considered as a last option.

The pictures of the Oceanic were extremely deceiving it looked nothing like online parking was cramped rooms were uncleanly and pool was not very clean no amenities like shown beach there was limited staff there seemed to be ok but have to say would never stay here i couldn’t even let my dog stay in a place like this never ever again

Great location but that’s it small rooms outdated Bad paint chipping on walls holes on wall toilet wasn’t working at first then it got clogged they only had 2. Plungers which other rooms had tAken so I was stuck with no toilet for a day good thing we left following day but employee didn’t attempt to fix problem or even get me a plunger not staying at this motel ever again!!!

How does it pass health inspection?

Totally deceived by web site , nothing comfortable or convenient or not trashy. One switch tan refrigerator, tv and wall light. We had two suites and one single room per my recommendation to my kids and their family. I was sorry for this vacation experience as my family traveled 19 hours to spend this time together. A lot of money for a stay that we didn't know existed in a resort city. Truly wish the owners would show the guests a little of what we thought we paid for.......guess not everyone has. Conscience!

Horrible

Travolicty messed up our reservations and we ended up paying and moving to another hotel at my expense. Wasted 3 hours of our vacation on the phone with travolicty yet they never fixed their mistake. Clearly booked three nights but yet they didn't have a room for us on the third night. Room was dirty, very small, no outlets in the bathroom,no blankets just a table cloth for bed spread!
