This is the worst place to go for vacation. I reserved ocean front room, but they gave me different room. The receptionists were not willing to get me the room I paid for, the worst customer service I have ever seen. I do not recommend Paradise Plaza Inn, Ocean City for anyone.

room was great and view was even better. That being said, our balcony door didn't lock at all, and several bugs flew in each night. Also shower had no hot water. Also room air conditioner literally sounded like a corvette engine next to my head.

Any good reviews of this facility has to be generated by the management? No one with any legitimate visit to this place can honestly leave any kind of good review on it. The room we had,(210), was in need of so many repairs, from ceiling tiles needing repaired, toilet paper dispenser being broken, noise coming from bar and grille directly under room, coffee pot being unusable because of dirtiness and was missing basket for coffee pouches that were present, burns in curtains to balcony, and last but, not least , worst customer service I've ever experienced in 40 years of travel ....hands down! Anyone reading these reviews should not believe the good reviews....we did! Travelocity and booking sights as such should have people book at this place and not let them know who they are? I've paid less for an island vacation than I spent this past week and the places I stayed at were of top quality. Travelers...you've been warned!
