We sincerely apologize for your experience with us. At any point in your stay, we would have recommended reporting the issues in the room to the front desk so that we could have accommodated to switch rooms or sent maintenance to fix the issues. We are sorry your stay with us was not up to par. We are still in the process of updating/ renovating some of our rooms. We do hope that you would reconsider us in the future.

Thank you Bill for you review of our hotel. I am pleased to hear that you were well treated by our staff. Quality is of our highest priority for us. So hearing all the positive feedback is very reassuring. I do apologize you were not able to receive a handicap room. Being that we are a smaller hotel of only 41 rooms, we do only have a few handicap rooms. If you book directly through the La Quinta website, you do have the availability to specifically reserve a handicap room. All in all, thank you for your time, we hope to see you again at our La Quinta. Best Regards
