Hi Miguel. Glad you had a good first impression, but apologies for the wait. We always strive to check in guests immediately upon their arrival, but sometimes business levels prevent us from that. Also, our parking is comparable to like hotels in the area, but am sorry if it was an unexpected fee. Thank you for your feedback!

Hotel parking would be nice. Facility ran out of s’mores kits. All staff was friendly, room was clean, love the courtesy water bottle!

This property is BEAUTIFUL, and with this it is nice that you are able to use your hotel card at their sister hotel Mission Pacific. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking as there is only valet that costs $35 a night. There are other cheaper options near by so it wasn’t a big deal what so ever. I loved this property and how beautiful and clean the hotel was. Our dog had such a blast due to how pet friendly they are!!

Beautiful property. There was no microwave. The fridge had old stuff in it. No maid service when we needed it.
