The food was excellent, friendly staff, rooms were nice. Glass bottom boat tour, catamaran party boat, and Dunns River Falls trips were all included. Five restaurants to dine in, room service if you want, all the drinks you desire. There is a spa on the resort and they did a couples massage class that was neat. Game room and Fitness Room. Lots of paddle boards, kayaks, and sailboats available at the resort (Although 2 of the 3 hydrobikes they had stayed broken most of the time).

Restaurant/bar, transportation, housekeeping staff all fabulous. Our reservation included a free excursion which they would not honor. Room overlooked private residence. During our stay they were removing large trees with heavy equipment for 3 days. Phone in room did not work so could not order room service. Fresh paint odor in room burned eyes. Highway noises such as speeding motorcycles, truck breaks, emergency sirens day and night. Front desk did not resolve our concerns even when we showed them video of dump truck and front loader removing yard debris just below our balcony. Worst vacation ever.

Weather can set the tone

4day 5night-2day full rain nuf said. Hotel nothing special when its rainy. Booked well in advance to hopefully get a decent room in our category and ended up 2 rooms shy of last room on property. I was told to call ahead next time to avoid this-not much help now. Staff was good, always painting, food was good. Second trip here 1st was Huricane Sandy :( we always find better weather at Negril in 6 trips. Hotel here not bad but with the distant room and weather a bummer. At least it wasnt a Rui

Great experience.

Perfect size resort to meet new people but still have privacy. Beach is beautiful and private, but not very long. Wish fewer guests smoked on beach. Rooms and facility are clean and uncluttered. Wonderful breezes through the open lobby, and comfy rockers on a large open lobby balcony overlooking the ocean. Beautiful views of ocean and tower isle (which is nude during day btw). The surrounding area outside the resort is not scenic and it's pretty loud with road traffic at times. Resort staff is great. Generously staffed, always someone to help you or find you what you need. Activities most times of day. Spa is very nice and has very talented staff. High end liquor is included. Several bars throughout the resort. Rotating schedule of local vendors set-up right on beach, plus there is a nice gift shop. Some type of music or entertainment every day. Food is abundant and varied. Always a restaurant open somewhere. Snacks, popcorn, fries to seafood and martinis, this place is great!

This was our second stay at couples. We were a bit surprised at the outdated decor of the room when we arrived for our first stay, however, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the food, drinks, size and layout of the resort, and the nightly entertainment and therefore decided to return. The one thing that was disappointing is that none of the "entertainment staff" approached us or engaged us during either stay which has been customary at each of the other adults only resorts of the same size that we have gone to (Many of which have referred to us by name after an initial hello and introduction).
