The Dream of European Royalty

Pros: Staff, Architecture, Clean and well Maintained, Amenities and cared for Like family and friends.
Cons: The Only thing I could even thing would been nice, was an in-room coffee or Tea Pot!! Everything was Perfect as it was only 5 steps to coffee or tea.
Location: This Hotel is truly the Heart of Odessa! Nothing occurs along Primorsky Blvd. that Londonskaya does not have a hand on! The Middle of Everything.
The Londonskaya Hotel In Odessa Ukraine is by Far, the greatest value, most comfortable and easy caring staff, and the most exquisite room, location and facilities of a Palace at at cost and value a Commoner like me can enjoy with a touch of wealth still remaining for many nice days and nights of sight seeing, visiting and eating. I cannot say more absolutely stunning things about this hotel, from the Look, the beautiful staff Ladies, Vera, Violetta, Julia and Nataliya that truly go out of there way to comfort you and assist in anything you want to do in Odessa!! True Professionals with a personal touch that makes you feel as if you know each other and are related somehow!! The Hotel room was a Suite, at a very affordable price, it overlooked the Primorsky Blvd./Street that is the center of every event and the Heart of the City in Odessa. It was larger than my home in the USA and far more well kept, clean, appearance and amenities than the Over priced World Franchise Hotels!! A Steam Sauna in the Room, Full, plus and a half Bathroom, Living Room, seperated from Sleeping areas and if children with allows some privacy!! A fanatastic Restaurant and just an amazing historical hotel that drops your jaw each time you walk in the Lobby. I cannot Rave about this hotel enough!! Do not Roll Your Dice and Hope for Best, Just Go to the Best Hotel and Location in Odessa Ukraine, The Londonskaya!! You will not regret it!!

Nice 'Old Style' Hotel, built in 1826. Not easily

Pros: Location and quiet.
Location: The city Opera House is nearby. As to other adult night entertainment, I did not venture there, but it is available close by. Can walk to most.
As stated in my title, the road has block off points keeping everyday traffic out. I had to walk about 100 yards with my bags to the front door of the hotel. Although the heater worked in my room, the remote control had dead batteries, so after about 5 days, I finally convinced someone to replace the batteries. I could only turn the heater unit on by standing on a chair and then had no temperature control. Needless to say, I caught the flu while having the window open. Plus was getting bitten by mosquitoes at night. The cost of a buffet breakfast is not included in the price of the room, you need to tell the receptionist and then pay at check-in. The hotel is located near the water front in a mostly quiet neighborhood, in the city center. There are ATM's and currency exchange banks handily available. You are near to the Potemkin Stairs. Several restaurants and a variety of evening entertainment is also close-by. I did not use the pool or spa facilities. The hotel staff is friendly and capable enough and most are good with English. I would use this hotel again, if I were to visit the city again.

Quiet and Elegant

Beautifuly decorated building, comfortable rooms, clean and quiet. Really a lovely place to stay. Food and services were great, staff freindly and helpful. I travel alot through the former Soviet Union and this is probably one of the most overall comfortable feelings I've had with a hotel.
