Beach Hotel

This hotel has a Dolphinarium and very nice rooms. The rates are reasonable and the hotel is not far from Odessa City Center where there are some very nice restaurants. This is definitely a summer retreat and so is the city of Odessa. The only thing I did not like was the initial construction did not put insulation in the walls.
