No signs indicating where the entrance to the hotel was. AGAIN, there were no signs indicating the entryway. Parking was a true nightmare. Parking garage was not connected to hotel so it was a real hike to park and get to hotel. The check in person gave the vaguest of directions to the parking garage. We had to drag our bags three quarters around a city block to get to the hotel. There is no sidewalk all the way to the hotel from the contract parking garage.

We chose a room thru the app. The hotel then changed it so what was the point of the option of choosing?? Becca was able to get us close to our chosen room. The whirlpool was horrible Which we planned on using but didn't due the condition. Breakfast was delicious like always. Traffic sounds were annoying even though we were on the 7th floor.

Parking is a joke. Garage is over a block away. Construction never mentioned but was directly in front of hotel. Staff was not helpful. Breakfast was laughable. COVID apparently isn't an issue because not one staff member was masked. Ridiculous.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We appreciate your considering our hotel for your lodging needs and apologize for the inconvenience of traveling to and from the parking garage and the instructions were not clearly given upon your arrival. It is an issue we struggle with daily and are working with the city of Ogden to update our parking structures to accommodate all types of vehicles and for safety and security purposes, as well as to update signage. We are currently working on getting a full breakfast back and should be operating soon (we miss our yummy waffles too). Our mask policy has changed and you can find more information about it on our hilton website. We again apologize for your unpleasant stay. If there is anything I may do to better accommodate you on future stays, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you want to stay in a nice hotel right in Ogden this is about the only choice. At $150 for a small room it is just OK. Nothing wrong with it, just a bit pricey for a hotel in a small out of the way town. The less expensive newer Hilton just around the corner would be a better choice unless you really like old places.

The hotel was very nice, the night staff was really nice and everything was clean. The parking was not great, and I hope they bring back the Valet staff soon.
