I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. I am guessing you are mad because we had to charge you for smoking in our rooms. We do not allow smoking in our rooms; we try to keep the property nice for our guest. You are welcome to stay with us if you follow our house rules.

The staff was nice and professional it was the people staying there and lack of security cameras that made us feel unsafe due to traveling with small children. They have a pool which we were looking forward to but a couple of drunk guys were hanging around making us uncomfortable. When checking in I was cat called by a man who seemed to be drunk and a regular there and he continued to stay outside our room roaming around. Early morning an older lady kept knocking on our door. (non staff member) It was a weird and uncomfortable stay.

I apologize that your stay was not better. I am going to watch the cameras so I can figure out who the guest was that cat called you. I will make sure this absolutely does not happen to anyone else. I will also work with my staff to make sure there is no alcohol allowed at the pool. Again, I am very sorry.

We reserved a room here, checked in and was so disgusted we just left. The place was filthy, noisy and falling apart. We just cut our losses and got a room at another hotel.
