The property was very nice. Easy check-in. I booked a first floor unit as I knew there were no elevators. The view was lovely, but there were many stairs up and down to the 1st floor lawn level on the water side. Despite this, I had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. My husband is disabled, no hand bars in bathroom, no seat in walk in shower.. I told them before we came he was handicapped. Unable to enjoy pool and lawn chair area, not wheelchair friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you didn't get to enjoy the pool and lawn areas. We do have a ramp to the pool and the lawn areas that wraps around the building. We also have the seat for the shower we would have brought it to you if we had known it was needed. I truly apologize that we didn't meet your expectations

The room was spacious, clean, bed was extremely comfortable. The frig made a loud humming noise, but if you taped it the noise stopped. Not a big deal. Breakfast was very good. Nicely presented, everything was fresh. Everyone was very friendly, and helpful.
