まずリバービューで予約をしたのに川側ではなかった IHキッチンがあるのに調理器具が存在しない 食器も一切なく紙皿でもいいからあれば重宝したと思う 最近増えている無人フロント、自動チェックインなのはわかるけれど例えば他のホテルからチェックアウトしてくる客を想定して11時くらいからフロントは準備していて欲しかった 荷物を預けるのに電話連絡でしばらく待たされた 洗濯機が部屋にあるのでその点は便利だった
