Good place, but difficult check in
Good place...small, but clean and comfortable, ok location with walk to Lawson, Starbucks, Ramen, grocery shopping, etc. The only problem was check in...no front desk, just have to call on a phone for entrance instructions. However, the listing says someone is available until 11, but no one was around and it took me 20 minutes to get through on the phone (busy signal)...very frustrating after a day of travel and arriving at about 9:30 at night. Recommendation for the hotel staff...they should send out an email the day before arrival with entrance codes and instructions. If check in was easier, I would stay here again. However, currently I would not recommend unless you are arriving in the day and have time to wait.

Close to mall and groceries but not a relaxing place to be. Feels so closed in. If looking for a relaxing resort with view, this is not the place to be at. Although rooms are reasonable and cheaper than neighboring hotels

A nice apartment for family vacation
The property and facilities inside are good. The location is excellent. Cleanliness is ok. It will be better if cleaning towels for kitchen, floor etc can be provided which is quite basic. Instruction for check out should be delivered clearer. Duty schedule of the staff at the property should be known by customers in case customers need assistance. In general, we enjoy the stay and found it comfortable. We will be happy to stay there when visiting Okinawa next time.

Beware and get info before arriving
Got to the hotel late night and realize there was no reception, with a kid it was a night mare. Room number and password was suppose to be sent by email. I had no phone or internet service at the time. I was lucky there was a person trying to get in and was talking to the owner, other wise I would have been stuck or find another hotel and pay for walk in price. Other that that the place was nice and convenient.

The room was pretty nice but I will say that I got there at 11:00 pm and i couldn't check in. The guy told me that I needed to get a code to enter the building and my room but I never got one when I booked the hotel.

5日滞在しました。立地場所や周りの施設などとても便利、部屋も綺麗でした。 ただ、、、、毎日、あちこちに虫のさされの数が増える、、、最初は部屋に蚊がいるのかなと？　しかし、2.3日と蚊がいないのに痒みの湿疹が増える、、、子供にまで湿疹が、、、明らかにダニがいるのかなと思い４日でに掛け布団を叩いたら案の定ダニの死骸が何匹も、、、、最終日はブルーシートを敷いて寝ました。 沖縄という湿気が多い土地柄の気温などもあると思いますがこれは流石に今後対応された方がいいと思います。
