The front staff was very nice and professional. There are signs at the front desk alerting us that there would not be any house keeping during our stay. If this is due to not enough staffing I understand. But if this is due to Covid I don't understand. We have stayed at many hotels over the last two years and never had one that did not offer housekeeping. We found this unusual as this is a perk of staying at a hotel. The morning breakfast left us wanting as well. Not much to offer there.

Staff very unfriendly and also unhelpful at checkin. I asked to extend my stay by 1 night. They said no rooms available. I then went online and easily rented our room for another night! Their behavior was hard to understand.

I apologize that you had this issue with the night clerk and glad that the next day i was able to fix this issue by being able to move you to the room type you were able to rent as you were trying to book the same room type you previously had this room type was not available to you do to being sold out on10/16/19 your business and feedback is very valuable to us and are very disappointed that even after fixing this issue you were still not content, we look forward to your next visit and are hopeful you dont run into the same issue

Everything was great. The only thing that was aggravating was the neighbors around us were slamming doors late into the night.
