Property appeared clean on the surface. However, lots of stains on the carpets. Our room had been smoked in, and it almost burned your eyes. Lamps and outlets did not work. So, the only power was across the room. Probably the most frustrating were the beds. They were terribly uncomfortable.

I loved that the lady on the breakfast staff was so helpful. She helped to assist me in getting an apple cut up and wrapped for a big exam I was preparing for. Kindness always makes someone's day better! I passed that exam, also! ;) M.H.
