The bar and restaurant were not operating. There was not a breakfast in the morning. The hot tub was cemented in and the indoor pool was cold.

Your competition (numerous) provide a grab and go breakfast during this COVID time period. YOU don’t

Nice, clean, big room. Had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, pull out sofa, iron board, and a flat screen with Netflix and a bunch of other apps you can use if you don’t watch much cable (never seen this in a hotel before so that was awesome!). Nice pool and spa. Great service. Good location. Loved it!!! I searched around A LOT for a good hotel but also didn’t want to spend a ton either since we was just staying one night on a mini vacation. Every other hotel I looked at that was on the cheaper side had some not so great reviews, then I came across this hotel and the reviews were great, the pictures looked nice, and it was cheaper on this site than others I was comparing. Money well spent! Read less

Nice hotel. Overpriced.

The hotel was nice and we had no problems but it cost $40 more a night than the Best Western Plus we had just stayed at, and Marriott did not give you a free breakfast.

bathroom problems

Pros: the room was great!
Cons: better customer service! and money refunded for the toild problem that we had to deal with for 4 days!
Location: the location was great. There is a beautiful mall across the street-the Quail Mall. plus other activities.
from the day we checked, we had problems with the toilet in the bathroom. It wouldn't flush. After almost 4 days of continuous complaints about the toilet problem, the management finally sent a maintenance person to fix the toilet. 4 DAYS! we had to deal with this problem. AND the so called restaurant-it was more a cafe. PLUS THE staff at the restaurant were always in a bad mood, always grumpy. NOT the best impression to give guests when they are staying and paying for the services. I would NOT Recommend this hotel to anyone..

Lovely hotel

This Marriott Courtyard is relatively new and in excellent condition. The hotel restuarant is amazing. Menu small but adequate and the food is really good. The atmosphere is intimate being both bar and restuarant. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers. It is convenient to highways, shopping and dining.

Good place to stay at the end of a long flight

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Clean room, fully supplied, efficient staff, no-hassle in-and-out, continental breakfast more than adequate.
