Good for the price

Pros: Affordable, accessible and comfortable.
Cons: Newer furnishings and carpet.
Location: Exit off I-35 to 122 Street and located on the access road.
This motel, on I-35, is accessible from 122 Street exit. Like many of the similarly priced motels on this road, it is reasonably priced. While not new furnishings, it is comfortable and rooms cleaned daily. It includes mini-fridge, microwave, hair dryer, cable tv and bedside plug-ins for computer and cellphone recharging. For those who don't require much for an overnight stay, I would recommend it. Oh, and the free continental breakfast in the office each morning.

Good Price

Pros: Clean Room
Cons: AC a little noise. But been in a lot of other motels the same thing
Location: A little hard to find in the Dark. Called office and they Helped me, Travelocity address was wrong
Pay $100 get breakfast or pay around $50 to $60 and eat at the big M for $4 When you are in the dark the only thing is smell and noise. this Motel is good on both. clean room.No Bed Bugs.

A little Sketchy

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
The guy in the office couldn't speak english, and they didn't even know what kind of room we booked. The sheets were clean, but the blanket was gross. The room wasn't the cleanest. It was good for the cost. We were just staying there to sleep for a night on a road trip.

Terrible location; scared to leave the room at night

Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast, bad location, questionable people around
Never going back there. Do not stay at this hotel. The location is poor, with questionable people hanging around the hotel. The "hot" breakfast is some bagels that can be toasted. The rooms are worn down. The fee to cancel one night was more than half the cost of the entire trip. The owners were nice, but the hotel is in need of a lot of repair. They are building an amusement park next door, so hopefully the hotel and location will improve then. There are no restaurants or stores nearby. If you have a family, avoid this place.

This is an older motel that needs lots of TLC

This is an older hotel that needs lots of TLC. The wall coverings were beat up, the door jamb was broken, outlets did not work. The room and linens were clean. The bathroom had older fixtures but was clean.

Comfy bed, excellent value, no problems.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
If you're happy with the basics at a great price, and don't require high-style or anythign fancy, this place is a valuable find. My room was quiet, with a comfortable, clean bed & pillows, and had everything I needed - including fridge, microwave, cable TV & wifi. There were a few dings in the furniture & the shower, but merely cosmetic. Everything worked. The people were nice, and provided good service and a good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Room for the Money

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
This hotel was very reasonable and with that said it was a nice stay. Not my favorite hotel but then again it is an inn and that makes a difference. Location is great though, with my favorite breakfast places around, and great access to I-35, I would stay here again.
