Booked the room online. Finally got to the hotel around 12am only to find out that they overbooked the hotel and we had to travel somewhere else. Unacceptable. Why wasn’t I called hours ahead of my arrival to let me know what was going on?

The bathroom was not cleaned properly there were random hairs in the tub and on the floor. The chair by the desk looked like it had been pulled out of the dumpster

Checking in was ok. When we arrived at 4:15pm, we were told “we don’t have any clean rooms”. The manager came to the desk and helped out and we were in a room within 15 minutes. The room appeared very clean but we found out later that there was no sheets for the pull out sofa bed and worse there was a blood stain on the mattress. Called the front to report the mattress issue and was told they have no mattresses to switch over and no open rooms to switch us to. This was super inconvenient as we had three kids with us and we’re down a bed. Also, the fridge smelled horrific, like rotten food. I even tried to clean it with Clorox wipes but that didn’t help at all. We told the front desk at checkout and they didn’t seem to concerned. Not impressed with the cleanliness, however I am impressed with the manager as he was very helpful when we needed towels and help with the dryer!
