One night stay before an early morning flight. My only concern was the front desk clerk who was on her cell phone when I arrived, took her a moment to work with me. As soon as I checked in she was back on her cell phone. The 2 times I came came down stairs she was still on her phone. It appears very unprofessional and I sure there was other work she could have been doing.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating! I don’t recall that I’ve ever been made to feel like I’ve had a genuine rapport with staff anywhere like I did at this establishment. Truly a group for the hotel chain of which to be proud! I could not have asked for a better experience!
