We sincerely regret you had issues getting through the gate and had to wait 30 minutes for assistance. We are glad that our staff member was helpful however. We will take careful consideration the that everything else needs a lot more improvement. Thank you for the feedback.

Thank you for your review. We value all of our guests comments. We do offer housekeeping services only for guests that stay with us for a week or longer. We keep a stocked supply of items in our Welcome Center. We can also send additional supplies over at any time for our guests that request it. In addition, if a guest would like us to come and perform an additional cleaning we can set that up for $25. We do regret our breakfast offerings were not appealing to you. We do what we can to please the masses and realize that does not always happen. Thank you again!
