The hotel is right next to the airport, so at times, you will hear aircraft taking off. The staff was great, the shuttle service to/from the airport was fast, the room was nice/clean, and everything worked as it should. The only "downside" was that the hallways leading to the rooms was a bit plain (could use some new paint or something), but the rooms were perfect. I'd stay there again.

Neither bedside lamp worked in the room, one didn't even have a bulb. The toilet did not flush properly and the toilet seat was extremely loose, would side over two inches back and forth on the toilet. The floor lamp in the room was missing a bulb, however did have one bulb that worked. Asked for a 5 am wake up call, didn't happen! My phone alarm did work.

Our room was badly in need of maintenance. We left a list of at least six things that needed fixing such as burned out lights, stained carpet, and plug ins that didn’t work. I don’t have plans to go back to OC, but probably would choose another hotel.

Not too bad and in a good location. Staff seemed a little disjointed and my room was not cleaned or made up between my first and second nights.

This property is in serious need of updating!! The reception area was not inviting at all as the restaurant has been removed but furniture etc. have not been removed, windows shades were not uniform and it wasn't very clean. Our room was clean but the floor beside the bed had a huge wet spot which they fixed but laying lots of paper towels on it. The furniture was old and outdated. There was also an accumulation of dust on cords leading to a receptacle from the tv. There was no wifi and the swimming pool wasn't in operation. Overall this place needs a major updating and remodeling job! We would not recommend it or stay in it again!
