Mattress and couch seem old. Not luxurious and it is a suite. Toilet is small and not elongated seat.

The front desk was EXCELLENT .. very friendly and nice .. the room was very outdated . There was build up dust all along the walls and corner floor . Tub was very old and chipping paint . Toilet clogged . No breakfast due to coronavirus (onky muffins and apples and bananas that were very very brown). Only thing i can say good about this place is that the front desk were SUPER SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY .

Had to change rooms 3x upon check in to find one where bathroom facilities actually worked! Room never cleaned. Have stayed here 5 months ago and had great stay; hotel deteriorated. Other great hotels nearby

I am sorry that comping the room and points added to your rewards account for a additional free night did not seem satisfactory. I hope we get a chance to redeem ourselves in the future and give you a better experience from the start.

Great stay. I was very happy with the staff and quality. I was very happy that the bathroom was split and the shower area had a vent. If you need to work while staying here, bring your own light. There is no lighting at the desk, not even an overhead light.

Design flaw

The hotel is clean and the staff was ok. The breakfast staff cleaned up breakfast pretty early and quick. If you weren't down there 20 mins before 9 you didnt get food. The room design is horrible!!! The bed is so close to the A/C the room stayed super hot. We had to move our mattresses when we were in the room just to get some airflow. Night time was horrible. The shower is a whole other problem. You have to get in to turn on the water. Then either freeze or scold your self to get the temp correct. The design of these rooms is so bad. I would not stay there again.

Comfortable hotel with spacious room.

Pros: Easy internet connection. Desk and lamp provided.
Location: Numerous restaurants and shopping are in this area.
Stayed 3 nights and had good experience. Room had sofa, microwave, refrigerator, nice shower stall. Room was quiet and comfortable. Some areas of hotel are in process of redecorating.

Good Value

Clean rooms. Nice fromt desk staff. Good breakfast. The only down side to this hotel it that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable.
