We were placed in room 427 originally. The window whistled and howled the whole time. Finally we called to switch rooms and they put us in a room that had stains on the bed and we had problems with the light in the bathroom. This facility double charged my card, however they fixed it immediately. The floors and carpet were very dirty, and the breakfast was bad. One of the chairs threw a lady in the floor when she tried to stand up. I will not be staying here again, it was a miserable night. They did compensate us some, but not enough to make up for the check list of problems.
